Hallmarking
A hallmarking is an official mark or series of marks struck on items made of metals, mostly to certify the content of noble metals such as Gold, Silver, Platinum. The main thing is to determine percentage of metals present in the alloys.
XRF Testing
Xrf testing (skin testing) is a non-destructive method of testing used to determine the elemental composition of materials. It is used to determine the surface level metal composition only. It uses X- ray source to test the sample.
Assay Testing
Assay testing is a destructive testing method used to determine the most accurate value of the elemental composition of metal alloys. In this process, the purity of the alloy is checked by chemical treatment.
Photo Testing
In photo testing, the processed xrf result of the samples are issued with a laminated colour photo copy along with the image of the sample.
Laser Marking
The assayed metals or jewels that are ready to make Hallmarking are done in laser making machine. It uses laser source with advanced German technology to mark each and every letters or signs clearly and legibly. We also make marking for designs in jewels.
Laser Soldering
Laser soldering is for joining two cut pieces of metals by using laser source. We use latest German technology to solder the metals without any damage, colour changes or weight loss.
